Thank you for shopping with us. Below you’ll find all the important information about shipping, delivery times, and what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and ship orders within 5 business days of the order date. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, processing times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are currently only able to offer shipping within the United Kingdom, however we hope to expand in the future.

Delivery options:

  • Express - £5.99: 1-2 business days
  • Standard - £3.99: 2-3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.
