Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, personalised, or custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
For non-personalised items, please contact us to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
Should you decide to return an eligible item, return shipping costs will need to be arranged and covered at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed where applicable.
